Hello! My name is Joslin, and I’m the proud founder and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) here at G.E.M.S. With over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across a variety of settings, from clinics to homes, schools, and community environments. For the past 6 years, I’ve been a BCBA, helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other comorbid diagnoses such as ADHD, OCD, Prader-Willi Syndrome, Down Syndrome, and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome reach their full potential.
Originally from Massachusetts and raised in Upstate New York, I spent many years in Florida before relocating to Concord to be closer to my family after welcoming my daughter in 2021. As a mother, I understand the importance of fostering growth, development, and independence in children, both in their personal lives and in their environments. This understanding drives my passion for working with families and children, helping them thrive in their everyday settings.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with children and adolescents ranging from 2 to 19 years old. I’ve had the opportunity to hold a variety of roles, including PreK Teacher, Registered Behavior Technician, Clinical Manager and Trainer, Human Resources Recruiting Manager, and Clinical Director. Each role has given me unique insights into the needs of children and families, and I’ve witnessed firsthand the powerful impact that compassionate, individualized ABA services can have on a child’s development.
I truly believe that every child has unlimited potential, and with the right support, they can succeed and flourish. My mission is to provide the most effective and compassionate services to help children navigate their environments and build the skills they need to succeed.
I’m excited to partner with you and your family on this journey, and I’m committed to supporting your child’s growth, one step at a time.
Warmly,
Joslin Aristy

With over 30 years of experience in the field of early childhood education, I have dedicated my career to making a lasting impact on young children, families, and educators across multiple states, including Massachusetts, New York, and North Carolina. I hold two Master’s degrees in Adult Education and Applied Behavior Analysis, along with a Special Degree in Early Childhood Education. My academic foundation, combined with my passion for enhancing the lives of young learners, has driven me to work alongside state and local governments as well as nonprofit organizations, including Head Start, Catholic Charities, and the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
In addition to my direct work in education, I have served as a grant reviewer for the Department of Education, evaluating proposals that aim to improve educational programs and services. Hello! My name is Bailey. My heart has always been drawn to supporting others. I had the wonderful opportunity to work in classroom management at a private school in Indianapolis, Indiana, dedicated to children with disabilities and mental health challenges. There, I provided peer support and built beautiful connections with students from kindergarten all the way through 12th grade.
On my educational journey, I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and became licensed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I’m also currently finishing my training to become a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), because I love learning how to help in the best ways possible.
What makes my work at G.E.M.S so special is the feeling of family. There’s a true sense of inclusion and individual care here, not just for our wonderful clients, but for every therapist on the team. We support each other like a close-knit community, and that makes all the difference.
For families looking for support, I would wholeheartedly recommend G.E.M.S because of that spirit of inclusivity and the wide, welcoming circle of therapists ready to help. It’s more than a service; it’s a place where everyone belongs, and where genuine community connections are built with care. I’m so grateful to be part of it.

As a diagnosed autistic woman pursuing a career in ABA, I bring both empathy and understanding to every client I serve. I understand the data and research backing ABA, but not only that I understand my own experience and resources that have personally helped me. I am in the final year of pursuing my bachelor's in psychology and I’m hoping to follow it with a masters in ABA. I am a Registered Behavior Technician as I passed my exam with the BACB in October of last year. I hope to bring my work experience as well as personal experience to every child I get to engage with and make ABA therapy not only beneficial, but also fun!
Why I love working for G.E.M.S: I love the inclusive and collaborative culture in the company. Everyone is in their position because they love what they do and want to continue doing it. It fosters an encouraging work environment where we challenge each other in a positive way, pushing each other to be better.
Why families should choose us: We not only understand the methods of ABA that are effective based on research, We also have people on the team who are on the spectrum themselves and truly understand the experience. With both the motivation and understanding to help children grow plus the drive we all hold for the children, together we can accomplish whatever we aim for.
